Michael began working at the Western Village Casino two years ago, after departing Las Vegas. During this period, he has played an integral role in building strong relationships with guests. After beginning as a front desk agent, he was immediately recognized for his great work ethic and offered the position of front desk lead. Shortly after, he was offered the opportunity to become a casino host which he says, “has been life changing in the best way."
Michael’s interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills help to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable, positive experience. He is thankful for the opportunity to work with a growing team and has definitely found a new home at Western Village.
